Wedding Guidelines

Please note the guidelines for couples before making a reservation:

1)Currently attend Vintage Church
2)Completed Premarital Counseling at
3)Vintage Church or Marriage Course

Ceremony will be performed by a Vintage Church Pastor as available

Wedding reservations may be made up to 12 months in advance and are dependent on availability. Start time availability for rehearsal and wedding ceremony are as follows:

Wedding Rehearsal
Thursdays between 3-5pm.
Fridays between 3-5pm.

Wedding Ceremony
Saturday: 11a (9a-1p reservation time)
Saturday: 3p (1-5p reservation time)

Wedding Package

All weddings performed at Vintage Church are $2,500 with a 50% deposit due at booking and the remaining balance due 60 days prior to wedding. This amount covers the following:

Sanctuary
Full use of sanctuary (seat capacity of 400), foyer and basement with restrooms.

Bridal Room
Includes bathroom with mirror, package of bottled water and light snacks.

Parking
We provide 65 parking spaces - additional parking options can be shared with you, however we do not facilitate additional parking.

Site Coordinator
A Vintage staff member will be your point of contact throughout your planning and day of the event. You may supply your own wedding coordinator, however our staff coordinator will still be required.

Sound Engineer
A Sound tech will be on site for the rehearsal and wedding day to accommodate your sound needs during the ceremony.

Janitorial Services
Our Janitorial service team will do the cleanup post event - empty garbage’s, vacuuming, cleaning of bathroom ect. However, you are responsible for your own setup and tear down and we ask the you leave the building as it was when you arrived.

Officiating Pastor
A Vintage Pastor will be available for one-hour rehearsal time, as well as one hour prior on the day of the ceremony. (Take out the one hour after and pre-marital sessions)

Cancellation Policy (on full amount of $2,500):
90% refund if canceled 90+ days prior to wedding
75% refund if canceled 89-60 days prior to wedding
50% refund is canceled 59-31 days prior to wedding
No refund if canceled 30 days or less prior to wedding
